Training has been going p….

Training has been going pretty good! Not a lot of weights, mostly BJJ/SW and some striking.

 

I competed in the team Nationals of BJJ  2 weeks ago and won both my fights with a choke. Also competed in outdoor Winterfight, a submission wrestling competition held outside in the cold! I lost to the European champion by points but won the bronze medal match with a choke. Unorthodox chokes which require lots of force are my favourite weapons in grappling 🙂

 

Weights have been nothing worth mentioning, although I begun doing one circuit and one jog every week,  starting last week. Today I hit the weights, nothing special but OK feeling. Sppedwork with clean and jerk and snatch pull. 6x2x80kg both, with short rest. Little pulldowns and floor presses up to 5x150kg. OK training.

After that, I trained 2 hours of MMA in the evening. Mostly pads, but some stand-up sparring too, 3x3min.

Also premier was on 13.2. The head of finnish church was in  attendance and the reviews great!
