Recovery period

I did not write for a long time to blog, I had a month recovery period with slight weights and sports nutrition without ๐Ÿ™‚ and my training was not anything interesting. Now I’m starting a new preparation, so write starts again ๐Ÿ™‚ my system is the same, but I will try to diversify it and add more additional exercises. and yet, perhaps in the next month in my gym will be stiff bar, and I can go on more weight in the squat and not be afraid that it will break ๐Ÿ˜€
