Bench Day 3/17/15

Tonight was Bench night.  Toby had me doing lots of reps again.  Here is tonight’s workout:

1.  Close Grip Bench – four sets of 5 reps with 55 pounds.

2. DB Incline – four sets of 8 reps

3. Overhead DB Press – four sets of 12 reps

4.  JM Press – four sets of 8 reps SUPERSET with Band Pushdowns – four sets of 15 reps

5.  Push Ups – four sets of 10 reps SUPERSET with Band Pull-A-Parts – four sets of 15 reps

6.  Hanging Leg Raise – four sets of 15 reps

Tomorrow is my off night but I will still blog about something important to me.
