Old School Squat lockout holds

I believe to become stronger you must be able to build great pressure in the body.  When I see the strongest men lift they always seem more rigid and stable under the bar and generate great pressure and force to move the bar.  You don’t see them shaking and unsteady. I see a lot of Powerlifters who only squat sub max weight then wonder why they fail so badly with their max  competition weights shaking all the way down until they bomb out. The best way to build body pressure and increase core strength under massive loads is to do very heavy Squat lockout holds for time. Here is a clip of me training today doing 4 x 30 second holds with 420kg.  My core feels shattered but great.  I remember the greatest squatter Paul Anderson doing Squat lockouts weekly with over 800kg.  It is important to use as little supportive equipment as possible so that the core has to work. I will increase the weight weekly and also do as many reps without any support/ belt To increase my competition lifts.
