Back to the 900 lbs squat and over… (Video)

It was my max squat day and again we had a very good group in METAL Gym in Helsinki. My plan was to take a personal record after the injury. In last squat training I squatted 365kg + 100kg chains, so it was time take more. Feeling was little bit soft but the new METAL M two ply briefs works very well with the METAL Canvas Jack suit. After warming up, we loaded the 375kg + 100kg chains on to the bar. The lift was easy, so I wanted to take the chains off and load more weights on to the bar. Of course, 900 lbs is next step, so I tightened the leg straps and we loaded the 903 lbs on to the bar. The squat was high, but easy. Next time deeper and add more weights.
