Natural powerlifting
I do powerlifting without steroids because:
1. I am too young
2. I want to have a female voice 🙂
3. Steroids are prohibited in my country 😀
So every day I have to consume a huge amount of sports nutrition
supplements I am taking:
vitamins, fish oil, amino, BCAA, Glutamine,CLA  (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), Creatine, AgmaGen (nitric oxide), supplements for joints, pre-workout complex, Tribulus, ZMA,  and some dietary supplements 🙂
in preparation for a competition, I use only RSP nutrition products ^^

Hi julia. I workout now for 27 years.(see buildmybody.nl). I wonder what supplements can give me that extra push. I love squats and i did them very heavy until my back was injured. Now trying to build it up again. Therefore my question. Any leg tips for more sweep on my ties? Thx Rob tuik.
