Squat 185 1×1, metal v-type suatter: 205 3+2, 225 (+wraps) 3×1, 245 full gear 2×1, 265 2×1, 280 1×1.
GM with camberbar… This trainig wasn’t the best possible,because my coach was too busy for help / watch my squat deep etc. And the other training friends needs to be in hospital. HAH, this is my luck! Gear is enounght tight, and competition is in next week. Last squat (280) is maybe start weight or 270kg’s…
