Back on track.

And finally I am back on track. Last week I was mostly sick. I went to the gym twice on Friday to get some pressure back to my body.

3×80 Clean and jerk

5×110 floor press

5 pullups with bodyweight

Miscallenous pumping

25.1.

I was the MC of Metal Push and Pull competition in Helsinki. Grat competition wiht lots og new lifters. Ano also deadlifted 370 eaaasy! It was nice to see old friends, Minna and Ano and new friends also 🙂

I also tried different grip events. They were open for audience so as an mc I had to go and lower the bar for shy Finns to participate. I suck at grip strength, even without being sick for a week. Ano doesnt, he came th 37th man in history to lift the Inch Dumbbell!
