Pressing, still pretty light

Movement and warm-up 20 minutes

Jerk 5x3x540-80

Floor press 3x5x120

Rear laterals 3x12x23.5kg

Side laterals 2×20

Rope pushdown 2×20

 

16.1. Pulling,  also light, back is giving a hard time cleaning and stuff

movement and warm-up 20 min.

Clean 5x3x50-85

Snatch pull 3x5x85

Pull-ups, up to 5×2.5kg. Such a little extraweight that I chose to hold it in my mouth 😀

Inverted row 35 reps with bodyweight

Pullover with a rope, face-pull pullodown behind neck and shrugs 2×20 each

 

17.1. Short BJJ-training, 45 minutes

Warm-up, little stand-up tech and about 15 starts standing

18.1. 7 hours of improvisation on a theater course, not athletic but some moving around

19.1. Same impro curse, + 2 hours of mat time. Most of the time fooling around with my godchildren, but at the same time movement trainign, drills and stuff. 2×5 min. light sparring, 3×5 min.hard sparring.

 

And now I have been sick… Diarrhea and fever. Good excuse to eat ice cream! Getting better now, tomorrow light training maybe.
