Hello everyone!
My name is Teemu Leppänen and I’m the powerlifter from Finland. My league is IPF.
The first time I go to gym when I was 13 y old. Then I couldn’t even imagine that this can be some seriously, because then my hobby was Football.
1 or 2 months ago after the first time I feelt this sport was funny and interesting! Since that I have been exercising on a regular on this day.
On today I’m 20 y old. 182 cm long and 102 kg heavy. I live with Pirita Suomi, (my girlfriend) in Finland, Turku.
My head training centre is ”sali 82″ which location in Turku, about 200 meters in our home.
My coach and best friend is Mika Runsala. We training almost always together in the gym.
My best lift in powerlifting competition:
Squat 310kg
Benchpress 185kg (200 at the gym)
Deadlift 330kg ( 342,5 at the gym)
Total 815Kg
