There were a couple openings left in a local powerlifting meet, so I decided to jump in and give it a shot. I had been using the belts at the gym for my entire training career, so I had to find one for competition fast. The Metal belt met all the requirements for the IPF and required no long wait times like custom made options. They shipped it fast, and I got it in time for the meet. The stitching was very nice quality, and the construction is solid. Out of the box, it’s stiff like any thick belt, but it’s been breaking in very well over the last couple weeks. I set two PRs in the meet wearing it, so I think it’s a winner.
