Spring Break = Personal Bests

Well Spring Break is now over but I didn’t take a break from my training.  I got stronger over my spring break. It started off great with a package from Metal.  It really motivated me to work hard and I was able to easily pass my meet lifts this week.  On Monday, I was able to squat 75 pound plus 80 pounds of chains (all off the floor) for three reps.  On Tuesday, I was able to bench 45 pounds plus 40 pounds of chains for three reps.  Last week, I did my meet best of 65 for five reps.  And then on Thursday, I sumo deadlifted 150 pounds plus 40 pounds of chains for three reps.  My meet best was only 137.   I am so excited about the next meet.  Everyone told me to enjoy these jumps because this does not happen a lot.  I hate that school starts back tomorrow but I look forward to squat night.
