Squat Day 3/16/15

Monday is always squat day for HBP.  Tonight was no different.  Workout was very hard because we did high reps on most exercises.  My legs are dead!  Here is what we did:

1.  Squats with Buffalo Bar – for some reason tonight I had trouble with balance.  I had two warm-up sets of 8 then four sets of 5 with 80 pounds.  Everyone said my depth was good.  I just felt wobbly.

2.  Good Mornings – four sets of 8

3.  Top End Hack Squats – four sets of 15 reps.  Yuck!!

4.  Glute Ham Raise – four sets of 15 reps.

5.  Dumbbell Leg Curls superset with Leg Extension – four sets of 15.

6. Abwork – Weighted crunches. four sets of 15.

I will sleep good tonight.
