Back on track.

Double training today

Theaters training  session was cancelled for today, so I decided to train twice. First stand.up striking, then BJJ. Light stand-up and recovery work

On saturday night I attended a birthday party in Helsinki, and after a late night,  sunday was just a recovery day.
