Deadlifts 3/19/15

Thursday night Toby introduced me to sumo deadlifts.  This was the first time I have ever did them.  I love them.  He only let me do 5 sets of three and wouldn’t let me go higher than 130 pounds.  It was easy.  When I get used to these, I just know my deadlift will go way up.  The workout looked like this:

1. Sumo Deadlifts – 5 sets of 3 (130 pounds EASY)

2. Band Pull Thru – 4 sets of 5

3. DB Shrugs – 4 sets of 8

4. Lat Pulldowns  supersetted with DB High Pulls – 3 sets of 12

5. Low band pulls supersetted with Fatbar Curls – 4 sets of 8

6. Heavy Hammer Curls – 4 sets of 8

7. Ab Wheel – 4 sets of 10
